Teresa’s Hospitality Group Chef Leads Leisure Luxury Class: The Art of Entertaining at the BCAE

Local Celebrity Chef Nick Yebba Jr. Demonstrates Seasonal Dishes to Prepare for Holiday Parties

WHAT: On Monday, November 19th, Executive Chef Nick Yebba Jr. of Teresa’s Hospitality Group will join the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) for a one-time cooking class, Leisure Luxury: The Art of Entertaining from 6:00PM-9:00PM.  Chef Yebba will lead students through the preparation of the perfect multi-course dinner from amuse-bouches to dessert, while eliminating the intimidation factor so guests can wow friends and family at future gatherings.

The evening will start with a curated charcuterie and wine pairing, followed by a fresh pasta course and a premier cut cooking demonstration, and expertly culminate with a luxe dessert creation.  Students will work as sous chefs in real-time, and then sit and dine with Chef Yebba and his team when dinner is complete. This is the perfect class to prepare for holiday entertaining, or simply to practice for dinner parties with friends.  To buy tickets or for more information, please visit: https://bcae.org/product/leisure-luxury-the-art-of-entertaining-with-nick-yebba-jr-11-19-2018/
